Event Overview
The Research Conference 2025 at HITEC-IMS aims to foster a culture of research, innovation, and academic collaboration. The event will be held on Tuesday, 27th May 2025, starting at 8:30 AM. It will feature an informative lectures by international speakers, a hands-on workshop, and oral & poster presentations to enhance research skills and promote knowledge dissemination.

Participation Fees
- Registration Fee: PKR 1,500
Applicable to: General conference attendees and second presenter of Oral and Poster Presentations - Workshop Fee: PKR 1,500 each
Hands-on SPSS Workshop & Online Workshop
No separate registration fee required for workshop participants - Oral and Poster Presentations:
1st Presenter: No registration fee is required for first presenter of Oral and Poster Presentations - Early Bird Discount: 50% discount on all registrations till 25th April 2025.

Conference Policies
- All participants must arrive by 8:30 AM at HITEC-IMS to set up their presentations and posters.
- Participants in the poster competition must bring their standees along with their posters.
- Selected Participants for oral presentations must submit their final presentations by 21st May 2025 at: research.conference@hitec-ims.edu.pk
- A total of 2 researchers per oral and poster presentation will be allowed. The first researcher will be exempted from the registration fee.
- Limited seats are available. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
