Effective Mentoring in Medical Education

HITEC Institute of Medical Sciences organized a workshop on “Effective Mentoring in Medical Education” for faculty mentors on 16 June 2026. The facilitator Prof. Dr. Rehan Ahmed Khan, FCPS, FRCS (General Surgery), PhD (Medical Education) conducted the workshop aimed to strengthen mentoring skills among faculty members. In this workshop, he also addressed the institutional challenges faced in implementing the mentoring program and led a discussion on practical strategies to address them. It was a very informative workshop and highly appreciated by all the participants.
