ADVANCING MEDICAL SCIENCES THROUGH RESEARCH AND COLLABORATION

1. Event Overview

The Research Conference 2025 at HITEC IMS aims to foster a culture of research, innovation, and academic collaboration. The event will feature an interactive informative session, a hands-on workshop and oral & poster presentations to enhance research skills and knowledge dissemination.

  4. Workshops:
    • Online pre-conference workshop in collaboration with BMY-Health Canada “Best Practices for Ethical Review Committees”
    • Hands-on SPSS workshop “ “

2. Participation Fees

  • Registration Fee:
    • Spectator fee: 1500 PKR (There is no registration fee)
    • Oral and Poster Presentations fee:
      • The first researcher for each presentation (oral or poster) will be exempt.
      • A total of 2 researchers with each presentation will be allowed to participate.
      • The second researcher will be charged 1500 PKR.
    • Workshop fee: 1500 PKR (There is no registration fee)
  • Limited seats are available. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Early Bird Discount: 50% discount on all registrations till 25th April 2025.
  • Last date for conference registration: 7th May 2025.
  • Last date for abstract submission (Poster & Oral Presentations): 7th May 2025.
  • Submission of Oral Presentations:
    • Selected Participants must submit their final presentations by 21st May 2025 at: research.conference@hitec-ims.edu.pk

3. Conference Policies

  • All participants must arrive by 8:30 AM at HITEC-IMS to set up their presentations and posters.
  • Participants in the poster competition must bring their standees along with their posters.
  • Selected Participants for oral presentations must submit their final presentations by 21st May 2025 at: research.conference@hitec-ims.edu.pk
  • Maximum 2 researchers per poster or presentation will be enrolled. The First participant will be accommodated free of registration fee.
