On November 19, 2025, the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) conducted an inspection at IAHS, HITEC-IMS for the recognition of the BS MIT and BS ECMT programs. The receiving committee included Major General Hafeez-ud-Din (R), Principal HITEC-IMS; Brig Nasr Rasheed Dar, Vice Principal; Brig Javed Hassan Hashmi, Director Adm & Ops; Dr. Faisal Wadood, Dean IAHS; along with senior faculty and administrative staff. After a thorough review of academic infrastructure, faculty qualifications, and clinical training facilities, NUMS approved both programs with an annual intake of 50 students each, marking a significant milestone in IAHS’s advancement of allied health education.
