A workshop for newly inducted mentors was conducted by Prof Shahid Rauf, Prof Haroon Javed and Dr Salma Ambreen Shahab on 1 st February 2024.The session included a presentation explaining rules of mentoring, qualities of a good mentor and ground rules both for mentors and mentees followed by an interactive discussion on various issues faced by mentors already enrolled in the program.
