Final Event of the RCEM International EM Education & Leadership Grant 2026

HITEC institute of medical sciences is set to host the final event of the RCEM International EM Education & Leadership Grant 2026 based on the theme of “Local Problems, Local Solutions, Global Learning” on the 27th of October 2026  at Lecture Hall 2 from 10.00 am-12:00 pm. Three best projects will be selected and ranked by our esteemed judges: Prof. Syed Waseem Akhtar and Prof. Asma Hafeez, faculty HITEC-IMS, Taxila and guest judges from Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, Dr. Abdus Sattar and Dr. Amna Javed.

The event aims to provide postgraduate residents with a platform to identify locally relevant healthcare problems, develop practical solutions within resource-constrained settings, lead their teams, collect evidence, and demonstrate the impact and sustainability of their projects.

This final session brings together the passion, dedication and research excellence of our post graduate residents as we celebrate their creative ideas to address local health challenges through evidence-based solutions, it is a testament to HITEC-IMS’ dedication to advancing healthcare through research and innovation.
