Alumni Society Resolution Draft, as passed on 10th Feb 2024, Important Points:
1) HIMS Alumni Society is to function as a sovereign entity with all it’s business conducted by members only
2) Elections for Public posts are to be conducted every 2 years
3) There shall be a democratic decision making process
4) Following are the duties of the worthy President:
