  • 16 Years Bachelor's Degree (BBA HR).
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 02–03 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience in educational institutions, healthcare organizations, or the corporate sector will be an added advantage.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR files.
  • Assist in payroll administration, attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and HR regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, contracts, appointment letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Handle employee relations matters and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Assist in policy development and implementation of HR best practices.
