Feedback is a crucial component of any organization that prioritizes quality over quantity. HITEC IMS has implemented an Audience Response System in its lecture halls to collect academic feedback from students of all academic years after every lecture. This system aims to enhance mentoring and teaching methodologies and to support the institute’s commitment to producing high-quality healthcare professionals. In this regard, the Department of Medical Education will be conducting a workshop to train faculty members on the effective use of this innovative feedback collection system.
