Dramatics Society

Introduction

The HITEC-IMS Dramatics Society was initially established in 2019, laying the foundation for artistic expression within the institution. However, it officially became functional and gained formal recognition in 2023 under the patronage of Dr Aneeqa Shahid. Dr. Mehroz Haider Bukhari and Dr. Paris Mukhtar from the pioneer MBBS batch served as the founding presidents, setting the stage for what would become a dynamic and inclusive creative space. Under the current patronage of Dr. Mehvish Ashfaq and Dr. Shazana Rana, the society has flourished into a passionate community of performers devoted to the art of storytelling.

Through stage plays, skits and immersive performances, our members bring characters to life and convey powerful messages that resonate with audiences. Guided by creativity, discipline, and a shared love for drama, we aim to inspire empathy, provoke thought and enrich the cultural landscape of our institution. With each production, we continue to leave a memorable mark on campus life and the world of performing arts.
